Your daily meds (and what would you like them to be)

My current set is like this

6-8x 50mg quick tramadol
2-3x 100mg retard tramadol

Tenox 20mg x4 ( but I take 8-12 and some days I do not take them at all )

and What I wish it to be

Duragesic bandage
Oxynorms 20mg ( as much as I need )
Metadone some ammount
Diazepam 10mg x5
Xanor 1mg x6
Temazepam 20mg x8
Morphine just as much as I would need
Ritalin 10mg x as much as I need

That would be kinda my dream come true
