Why is Vatican called holy see ( or is it - how on earth could I know )

Well I am sorry it is an American view many share but I will just obstain from my opinion...

Does Americans really think that priests should have right to fuck little boys ? ( If that is the case I must say that Americans has really bad problems - I think that if that is the case , you could put American to eat shit - first it would protest , then it would accept it [ I don't mean anything bad with that ] - I feel sorry for Americans )

( and no I did not take it personally nor seriously but it hurt me nevertheless , but it is ok , there is more worse things that has been said to me , heck that was sweetly said compared to some shit I have been had to listen )

And Why is Vatican called Holy see ( why not like Holy hear for example ) ?
